Pan con Tomate y Aguacate

Ingredients:
  • 4 multigrain artisan bread slices
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 vine ripe tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Extra virgin olive oil, as needed
  • Sea salt, as needed
  • Black pepper, cracked, as needed
Preparation:
Brush the bread with olive oil. Smash the garlic cloves and rub across the surface of the bread to impart flavor. Grill the bread on a charbroiler grill. Spread the avocado evenly over the bread. Slice the tomatoes and lay on top of the avocado. Season with sea salt and cracked pepper.
